How to submit an RMA?

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process for Burn Proof Gear.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is an authorization from us (BPG) to you (the Customer) to return products that do not meet the required specifications. Upon receiving products that have been returned, we will either replace the product and ship it back at our cost, in order to meet your requirements, or provide a credit or a refund. We evaluate each RMA request on a case by case basis and follow both our "Returns and Warranty" policy as well as our "Terms and Conditions" guidelines, which can both be found under our website footer "Resources" column.
